This hotel was so fabulous we were disappointed that we were only staying one night! Our room on the 13th Floor, was huge and very comfortable, with a fabulous view towards Himeji Castle. The bathroom was large, exceptionally clean and well equipped with an excellent shower. We had a breakfast buffet included which we'd forgotten about so that was a nice surprise.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's on the north side of the train station making it an easy walk to the castle. I had read that it was the only hotel north of the train station, but I saw others. There's a lot of shopping nearby and a supermarket where you could buy groceries. I really enjoyed the deep soaking tub. It made for a very relaxing bathing experience. There was a kettle in the room with instant tea. It would have been nice to have some tea bags or some instant or ground coffee.

Room was well furnished and comfortable. In the middle of the city center, which made it very easy to go out for dinner since everything was so close. Also easy to get to from the train station, and the castle was within walking distance. The facilities were very clean and the staff was welcoming and professional. The bathroom was very spacious, the biggest we've had so far in Japan (3 weeks round trip)

Great location, walking distance from both the train station and the huge Himeji Castle. The market right by the hotel is full of interesting restaurants, shops and cafes. The room was spacious, and most importantly, the desk staff were extremely attentive, successfully managing to give me a room (on the spot) that had a nice view of the castle (and the view was awesome! both by day and night, it is truly magnificent). Bathroom was comfortable and spacious, too.

Really liked the hotel. The entrance through sliding wooden doors was impressive. Thr room was the best we stayed in during our 3 week visit. Wished we had more than one night. Lovely big window with a view of the castle in the distance. Spacious. Lovely bathroom with separate shower and bath. Definitely recommend this chain if this is the standard and the price was better than some less superior hotels.

We were totally happy with this hotel. It's in a great location, easily walkable from the station and the view from our room was beautiful....Himeji Castle at night, lit up like a fairytale castle. Getting to the castle and other points of interest was extremely easy, and under the covered shopping street all the way. Eating out was great - a smorgasbord of choice with lots of restaurants available.

Everything was nice, I could even check the status of my laundry from the TV in my room (I do not know how common that is). Pretty generous space for a hotel bathroom. Located between the train stations and the castle in walking distances, nice friendly staff at the front desk, check out was easy and smooth too.

The room was nice and spacious. Big bathroom and it had a massage chair! The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the station and is surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. The castle is also within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing! So many choices and of course, very well organized. Loved it.

Excellent staff on desk at all times. They are friendly and try to help foreigners as much as the usual internal tourists. The hotel is in a great position half way between the castle and station and rooms are comfortable with great bathrooms ( rain showers with great pressure), beds and pillows comfortable. Really I can’t fault it and I would always return here ( as I have before).
